Community Guidelines

Welcome to Realgram — a social networking platform created for real estate professionals, property and unit owners, and service providers to build trust, connect, and grow together. To maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment, all members of the Realgram community must follow these Community Guidelines.

By using Realgram, you agree to abide by these Guidelines, your own local laws, and the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

1. Follow the Law

• You are responsible for ensuring that your activities on Realgram comply with the laws of your country and the Republic of the Philippines.

• Do not post, share, or promote any content that is illegal under applicable laws.

• Do not use Realgram for fraud, scams, money laundering, or other unlawful activities.

2. Respect Others

• Treat all members with respect and professionalism.

• Do not bully, harass, defame, or threaten other users.

• Hate speech, discrimination, or attacks based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality will not be tolerated.

3. Share Authentic and Accurate Information

• Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

• Ensure that any property listings, service offers, or professional claims are truthful and up to date.

• Do not post false or misleading information.

4. Protect Privacy

• Do not share private or confidential information about others without consent.

• Respect the privacy of buyers, sellers, service providers, and other members.

• Use direct messages responsibly.

5. No Spam or Unsolicited Promotions

• Do not send spam, chain letters, or bulk unsolicited messages.

• Do not use Realgram for excessive self-promotion unrelated to real estate or the community’s interests.

6. Use the Platform Responsibly

• Use Realgram for its intended purpose: networking, learning, collaborating, and growing professionally in real estate.

• Do not upload or distribute viruses, malware, or any code that may harm the Site or other users.

• Report suspicious or harmful behavior to the Realgram team.

7. Respect Intellectual Property

• Only share content you own or have permission to share.

• Do not infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.

8. Enforcement

Violating these Guidelines may result in:

• Content removal

• Account suspension or termination

• Reporting to appropriate authorities if required by law

10. Updates

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. Continued use of Realgram means you accept any updates.
